ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ANY ORIGINAL PAINTING AND PRINTS.

FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT IN NADIA PEREZ ART STORE, PLEASE READ BELOW.

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THESE FOLLOWING POLICY.

All Nadia Perez Art products come with a 30-day Refund Policy.

We cannot offer you a refund if 30 days have gone by from receiving your order.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item. Nadia Perez Art does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.

WE CAN ONLY OFFER YOU REPLACEMENTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST IF IT FALLS UNDER BELOW CRITERIA:

  1. Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  2. Items are not abused by the customer.
  3. Parcels that are lost in transit due to our mistake.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Nadia Perez Art  will not be held liable for any loss or misroute parcels.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses of the mail or other mishaps from happening. International customer must provide a phone number.

 RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

 Nadia Perez Art  will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total…so please be careful with the information that you provide.

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Q.Can I cancel my order(s)?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.

Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours. The fund may take up to 14 days to reflect on customer’s bank account after processing of the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by submitting a ticket at our website contact us page.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Q.HOW TO GET A REFUND?

Send us an email at nadiaperez.art@gmail.com stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement or refund. Also, provide us with your Full Name and Order Number.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement.

Nadia Perez Art reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

SHIPPING POLICY

Q.When will my order be processed?

Ans: All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Q.How long will it take to receive my order?

Ans: Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders(depending on location)
